1. General Information

• By booking any class, retreat, or event with Sanctuary Hill Wellness Retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for all participants.

2. Bookings and Payments

• - Bookings for classes, workshops, and retreats must be made in advance where possible.

• - Payment is required to confirm your booking.

• - For group session classes, invoices will be issued three days after the event, with payment due directly to the provided bank details.

• Cancellations made within three days of a scheduled group session class will incur a cancellation fee.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Each retreat and workshop may have its own refund policy; please check each event for details.

• For each class in our weekly schedule, you may cancel before it begins via our online system, email, or text. This will be credited to your membership. Cancellations made after the class begins will not be refunded or credited.

• If you need to cancel your booking for a retreat or workshop you may transfer your booking to another person.

• If Sanctuary Hill needs to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances (fuerza mayor), you will receive a full refund.

• If an event, retreat, or class is offered by a guest facilitator, Sanctuary Hill is not responsible for that refund. Refunds will need to be discussed directly with the guest facilitator.

4. Support Fee

• Sanctuary Hill offers a Support Fee of $5 per session for those who may need financial assistance. This is our way of supporting the community and ensuring our offerings are accessible to everyone.

5. Gift Vouchers

• Sanctuary Hill gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Vouchers can be used for yoga classes, retreats, and special events hosted by Sanctuary Hill team but not guest facilitators. 

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Participant Responsibility

• Participants are encouraged to inform the teacher of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns before starting a class or retreat.

• Sanctuary Hill Wellness Retreat is not liable for any injury or loss incurred during classes, workshops, or retreats.

7. Code of Conduct

• We aim to create a safe and nurturing space for all participants. Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

• Participants are asked to arrive on time and respect the shared space.

8. Privacy Policy

• Any personal information collected will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of processing bookings, communications, and improving our services.

• Your information will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
